By accessing or using SAVOR ("the Service"), operated at savor-search.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
SAVOR is a happy hour discovery platform that indexes independently owned bars and restaurants. We provide deal information, venue details, and related tools for consumers and business owners. Deal information is collected from public sources and verified using automated tools. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all deal information is current or complete.
Consumer accounts are created via Google Sign-In to sync favorites across devices. Business owner accounts can be created using Google Sign-In or email/password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Venue owners may claim their listings and manage their deal information through the Business Dashboard. Claims are subject to review and approval. Subscription plans are billed through Stripe and governed by the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. Free trials are available for first-time venue owners and provide Verified-level access for 30 days. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the billing period ends.
Users may contribute to the Service by voting on deal accuracy, reporting incorrect information, and submitting issue reports. By contributing, you grant SAVOR a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your contributions to improve the Service. You agree to submit only truthful and good-faith contributions. SAVOR reserves the right to disregard or remove contributions that appear abusive, fraudulent, or misleading.
You agree not to: scrape or bulk-download data from the Service; impersonate another person or business; submit false venue claims or deal information; interfere with the operation of the Service; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
The SAVOR name, logo, and original content (including Savor Insights, HH Scores, and editorial text) are the property of SAVOR. Venue information sourced from public sources remains the property of the respective venues.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that deal information is accurate, complete, or up-to-date. Always confirm deals directly with the venue before visiting.
SAVOR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to reliance on deal information that may be inaccurate or outdated.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
